How
Kickoff & Alignment Workshop
We start with shared understanding. This session brings together designers, PMs, developers, and stakeholders to define goals, user needs, and potential risks. It helps us align early and reduce surprises later on.
User Journey Mapping
In this workshop, we map the end-to-end user experience, including emotions, gaps, and key moments or interactions that matter. It’s a powerful way to visualise pain points, prioritise opportunities, and spot where design has the biggest impact.
Problem Framing
Before we start devising solutions, we clarify the problem we’re solving and surface assumptions that might need testing. This gives us a clearer starting point and often shifts the direction or gives us confidence to stay on our path.
Prototyping
We turn ideas into low-fidelity prototypes and test them quickly with users or stakeholders. These workshops are fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on exploration, not polis, perfect for early-stage thinking.
Usability Testing and Feedback
Once we have something to test, we bring it back to the users. Whether it’s wireframes or almost final design, we run structured feedback sessions and review what works, what doesn’t, and why, so we can iterate fast and with a clearer purpose.
