Challenge
Din Psykolog wanted to create a digital environment that would replicate the trust, empathy, and effectiveness of in-person therapy. The challenge was to build a system that is easy to navigate, accessible to all age groups, and secure for confidential psychological sessions – all while incorporating a structured IKBT program between sessions.
Solution
We supported the creation of a digital-first experience by designing and implementing a user-friendly platform that enables:
Booking & Video Sessions: Clients can find a suitable psychologist and book an appointment without delays.
IKBT Program Integration: Users work on personalized CBT exercises between sessions, guided by their therapist.
Affordable Access: Every session costs only 100 SEK, and is free for certain age groups or with a health card.
Mobile-Friendly Experience: Optimized for access anytime, anywhere—reducing barriers to mental health support.
