When we started working on the Delegon project, the challenge was to develop a platform that would effectively handle complex public procurement in Sweden, particularly in the context of services for the employment and consulting sectors. The primary problem we needed to solve was how to structure and present vast amounts of tender, contract, and dynamic procurement system data in a way that would allow users to quickly identify business opportunities and competitive advantages.

Additionally, the platform needed to be user-friendly, as users in this industry are often confronted with large volumes of data and require intuitive navigation to make faster, more informed decisions. Rapid implementation of functionalities and user testing were key challenges due to the dynamic nature of the market.

Our team collaborated with Delegon to design and develop both the web platform and accompanying application.
