We supported Bambuser in the development of three key applications:

Live Video Shopping App: Enables hosts to livestream shows to customers, showcasing products in real time with full integration to product details and shopping carts.

Video Consultation App: Allows agents to accept incoming or booked video calls from customers browsing their website, offering personal guidance with seamless product/cart integration.

Chat App: Provides a responsive chat experience for customers browsing the site, where agents can assist and guide them directly—again, fully synced with the merchant’s product catalog and cart.
