IT Consultant Sales Specialist

Purpose of the Role:
To drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts through structured prospecting, qualification, and closing of IT consulting engagements.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our market presence, building long-term relationships, and ensuring high consultant utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully own the sales cycle: prospecting ➝ booking meetings ➝ needs analysis ➝ proposal, negotiation & closing ➝ handover to delivery.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through events, partners, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and inbound leads.
- Work closely with our delivery and recruitment teams to ensure fast and precise consultant matching.
- Report activities, conversions, and forecasts regularly in the CRM.
Expected milestones:

- Lead your own customer meetings by month 2
- Manage your own pipeline independently by month 3
- Take full ownership of the entire sales chain, from proposal to signed contract and handover
- We set measurable goals together. Examples include:
- Number of contacted prospects
- Number of booked meetings
- Sold consulting services (billable FTE)
- New, renewed, or extended framework agreements
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
Languages: Swedish & English
Education: No formal requirements, though university studies are considered a plus.
Nice-to-have:
- Broad technical understanding
- Experience in IT consulting sales
- Experience with public procurement and framework agreements
- Basic understanding of modern tech stacks for credible customer dialogue

Working Conditions & Compensation
- Location: Stockholm (hybrid — minimum three days per week in the office)
- Working hours: Standard office hours

- Competitive salary + commission
